Standard delivery

Free on goods totals of $100 or more after discounts. Below $100, delivery is $30.

Express Delivery

Express Delivery is a paid $30 upgrade on any order, including orders that qualify for free standard delivery. Express orders are dispatched within 1 working day and delivered in 3 to 5 working days.

Timing and tracking

Standard delivery: we dispatch within 2 working days. Delivery then takes up to 7 working days by tracked courier. Express Delivery: express orders are dispatched within 1 working day and delivered in 3 to 5 working days. Working days leave out weekends and public holidays, and remote or regional addresses may take longer. We provide a tracking reference when your parcel is dispatched. Estimates are not a guaranteed arrival date.

Delivery problems

Contact our team with your order reference if a parcel is late, lost or arrives damaged.

Your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and Fair Trading Act 1986 apply where applicable. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
