Use products in accordance with their instructions and the requirements for their installation. Tell us promptly about a fault or safety concern.

Your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and Fair Trading Act 1986 apply where applicable. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We do not impose a blanket monetary cap or require an indemnity that removes your non-excludable consumer rights.
