Refunds and returns

Change of mind

Contact us within 15 days to arrange a return of unused goods in their original packaging. You pay change-of-mind return postage. Do not send a parcel to our corporate address without return instructions.

Cancellation

Contact us as soon as possible before dispatch. No handling or percentage cancellation fee applies.

Faulty or damaged goods

Tell us what went wrong and provide your order reference. We will arrange the appropriate remedy and return process. Original packaging is not required to exercise statutory rights for faulty goods.

Refund timing

The published processing time is 24 to 48 hours after a returned item has been received and checked. Your payment provider may take additional time to show the credit.

Your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and Fair Trading Act 1986 apply where applicable. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
