Tracked delivery anywhere in New Zealand. It is free on orders of $100 or more, and a flat $30 below that. Allow 5 to 7 days, after a 24 to 48 hour handling time.

Change of mind is not a legal right in New Zealand, so the 15 days we give you from delivery is our own policy rather than a statutory return, and the goods have to come back in resaleable condition. We refund the price you paid, including standard delivery. You cover the cost of returning it unless the item is faulty.

If it arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, we put it right at no cost to you under the consumer guarantees in the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, return postage included. Those guarantees cannot be excluded.

How much is standard delivery?

Standard delivery is free when the goods total after discounts is $100 or more. Below $100, delivery is $30.

Is express delivery available?

Express Delivery is a $30 paid option, including on orders that qualify for free standard delivery. No separate faster arrival date is published; contact us if you need delivery by a particular date.

How long does delivery take?

Allow 24 to 48 hours for handling, then the published delivery estimate is 5 to 7 days. Contact us before ordering for a time-sensitive project.

Can I track my parcel?

Use the Track Your Parcel page once a tracking reference has been issued.

What payment methods are supported?

The checkout supports card payments through Stripe and PayPal when payments have been activated.

Is there a discount code?

The code valued-customer gives 15% off the goods total. It does not discount delivery.

Do I need an account?

No. The checkout supports guest orders.

Can I cancel before dispatch?

Can I return an unused product?

Our change-of-mind policy allows 15 days for unused goods in original packaging. Contact us before returning it.
