Change of mind is not a legal right in New Zealand, so the 15 days we give you from delivery is our own policy rather than a statutory return, and the goods have to come back in resaleable condition. How much is standard delivery?

Standard delivery is free when the goods total after discounts is $100 or more. Below $100, delivery is $30.

Is express delivery available?

Express Delivery is a $30 paid option, including on orders that qualify for free standard delivery. No separate faster arrival date is published; contact us if you need delivery by a particular date.

How long does delivery take?

Allow 24 to 48 hours for handling, then the published delivery estimate is 5 to 7 days. Contact us before ordering for a time-sensitive project.

Can I track my parcel?

Use the Track Your Parcel page once a tracking reference has been issued.

What payment methods are supported?

The checkout supports card payments through Stripe and PayPal when payments have been activated.

Is there a discount code?

The code valued-customer gives 15% off the goods total. It does not discount delivery.
