All prices and delivery charges are in NZD.

Standard delivery

Free on goods totals of $100 or more after discounts. Below $100, delivery is $30.

Express Delivery

Express Delivery is a paid $30 option on any order, including orders eligible for free standard delivery. The existing service does not publish a separate faster arrival estimate. Contact us if you need delivery by a particular date.

Timing and tracking

Allow 24 to 48 hours for order handling and an estimated 5 to 7 days for delivery across New Zealand. We provide a tracking reference when your parcel is dispatched. Estimates are not a guaranteed arrival date.

Delivery problems

Contact our team with your order reference if a parcel is late, lost or arrives damaged.

Your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and Fair Trading Act 1986 apply where applicable. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
